Pharmacology
EDENIL contains Sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5 inhibitor). It relaxes smooth muscles in blood vessels, increasing blood flow to specific areas, including the penile tissue.
Dosage and Administration

Adult Dose: The recommended dose is 20mg, taken orally about 30 minutes before sexual activity.

Avoid exceeding the maximum prescribed dose.

Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Avoid fatty meals as they may delay the effect.
Interaction

Avoid concurrent use with nitrates, as it may lead to severe hypotension.

Interactions may occur with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives, and certain antifungal medications.
Contraindications
